It is said that by taking a cup of coffee and tea in the morning, our whole day goes to energetic. Coffee has become a big part of our lives. It has become the most consuming active beverages in our world. Coffee has active compounds to alert the human body. Consuming excessive coffee also has adverse side effects in the human body. DID YOU KNOW HOW MUCH CAFFEINE IN ONE CUP OF COFFEE? Coffee is an important non-alcoholic beverage just like tea. The coffee plant is perennial shrub and it's height is about 4 to 9 meters. The coffee plant grows in moist and hot climatic conditions. Coffee plant is grown as a seed. Berries grows as fruit on the coffee plant. The berries are dried first and then roasted. Coffee seeds are roasted so that they give fragrance. When the berries are ripe, they are in red colour and when their seeds are dried and roasted they turn into a dark brown colour. The seeds are roasted for the flavour also.
 The Botanical name of coffee is Coffee arabica.
The seeds contain 0.75 to 1.5% caffeine, caffeine a volatile oil, dextrins, fatty oils, antioxidants and protein as well. The presence of caffeine inside the coffee causes stimulating effects and the caffeine oil present in the coffee is responsible for its flavour and aroma.
Some alkaloids are also found in coffee leaves. Arabian coffee is supplied in 90% of the world. It is now grown in India, Brazil, U.S.A., Srilanka. But the coffee that is originally originated in southwest Abyssinia.

1. Increases The Metabolic Rate
Because coffee is a mixture of many complex chemicals i.e. alkaloids, vitamins, minerals, phenolic compounds and caffeine. Caffeine is a biological drug that exerts many effects on our receptor cells called adenosine receptors. Adenosine is the receptor of our body that controls the feeling of humans. Caffeine goes into our body and promotes our neuromuscular receptor and makes us active. Caffeine brings many more changes in our body like increasing our metabolic rate.

2. Reduces The Risk Of Liver Diseases
Many researchers believe that the use of caffeine can keep our liver healthy. This prevents our liver from becoming fatty liver. Caffeine can save liver from other diseases like liver cancer, researchers believe.

3.Help In Weight Loss
The element called caffeine present in coffee is also known as fat burner. As you know, drinking coffee has effect on our cardiovascular system, due to which our heartbeat starts accelerating, as our heartbeat starts getting faster, our calories also start to burn.

3. Induce Alertness Of Brain & Body
When we are very tired by working, our body starts feeling fatigue, then we need to caffeine. Caffeine help to activate our nervous system, when we get tired our blood pressure gets low, caffeine brings that blood pressure to level. When our body's pressure falls to level, our nervous system become active, then our concentration and focus level increases, then we can work more than our capacity.

SIDE EFFECTS OF CAFFEINE
It is to be understood carefully that anything hurts us only when we use it excessively.YOU SHOULD KNOW HOW MUCH CAFFEINE IN COFFEE.  Caffeine should be used even in our daily routine to a limit, if we use caffeine in front of that limit then we will be harmed, it is a natural thing. A person dose of caffeine should be from 1 cup to 2 cups only.

Consuming too much caffeine is not beneficial for our stomach health. Coffee increases the amount of acid in our stomach which has a great impact on our digestive system. As a result, we also get acidity, gas and acid reflux problems.

3. Cardiovascular effects
Caffeine can leads to increase in blood pressure and can makes heartbeat irregular. People who have been consuming caffeine regularly for many years in a irregular way are also at high risk of stroke.

Consuming caffeine is just our mouth taste. We should not intake caffeine thinking that it increases our capacity to do work, increases our concentration level or keeps us away from diseases. It is up to us whether we make caffeine a normal drink for us or drink for harmful to our health.
