 This supplement intake can improve the flow of blood in our body and relax the muscles stiffness but nitric oxide is too risky to intake it can cause diarrohea and stomach problems.

It is basically a amino acid which reducing fatigue in muscles increase carnosine in the muscles. Excess of beta alanine can cause paresthesia which is not a serious problem.
