Nature affects our body to normalise our body pressure, reduces stress, nature enhance our ability to think, nature helps us heal, if we take deep breath in the natural environment then it strengthen our lungs and increases the capacity of the oxygen in them. A beautiful natural scene also helps to bring great comfort to our eyes.

Behaving well with others makes a big difference in our lives. But sometimes in our working life we behave wrongly.
